Using rainwater indoors for laundry and to flush toilets makes sense in areas with long dry summers when rainwater is not available for landscape irrigation, or locating large storage tanks is not an option.

The Crissy Field Center offers environmental programs serving youth, schools and community organizations. The Center is designed to be one of the most technologically-advanced and resource-efficient buildings of it's kind. WaterSprout designed and constructed a rainwater catchment system that utilizes rainwater for toilet flushing in the building. The system will save approximately 29,000 gallons of water annually.
