Nestled at the base of Mt. Tam, this home enhances the surrounding nature with living walls and a green roof. WaterSprout designed and installed a Smart Greywater & Rainwater System which uses greywater to irrigate the landscape and rainwater for irrigation and indoor toilet use. A water-use monitoring system meters water use and tank levels and uploads all system data to an online systems dashboard.
