Wildfire sprinkler systems help to prevent damage to buildings from wildfires by wetting combustible materials on and around the building. WaterSprout designed & installed a system that draws water from the 40,000 gallon pool and pumps the water to eight roof mounted sprinklers. In addition two fire hose stand pipes where installed for users to combat wildfire hot-spots. The system is designed to delivery 170 gallons per minute at 80 PSI and can be remotely activated using a phone app or web browser.
WaterSprout also designed & installed a rainwater system with 13,600 gallons of storage utilized for edible food production in the project greenhouse.
A water-use monitoring system was installed to track all water usage onsite. The residence is supplied with well water with the well system's production decreasing in summer. The monitoring system provides detailed water usage patterns with alarms that automatically shutoff pumps if high water usage is detected in order to protect the finite water supply onsite.
