Built on a former power plant site in San Francisco, this demonstration home is an off-grid sustainability pioneer. This building was executed by NRG Energy to highlight their commitment to sustainability and clean infrastructure.

WaterSprout installed a potable rainwater system designed to supply 100% of the building demand, a first for San Francisco. The rainwater monitoring system integrates with the whole building monitoring system.
