Victory Village is a 54 unit affordable senior housing development, one third of whom are coming out of homelessness, nestled in the trees just off Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Fairfax. It is a lively, affordable housing community, designed to connect residents with the surrounding outdoor environment while providing easy access to the surrounding communities via nearby transit.
WaterSprout designed/installed a greywater system that recycles the laundry water from the common laundry room and re-uses the water to supply a portion of the landscape irrigation system. The system is estimated to save approximately 98K gallons of water per year.
